My adventures come to an end

While I am excited to return to Osage City Elementary to share my adventures with Peyton's class, I was a little sad to say goodbye to Uncle Mike, Aunt Allison, Cousin Molly, and the Rebels. Everyone took great care of me. They even took my picture with the team! Look very carefully below - I'm in the front row, to the right of the ball (you can click on the picture to zoom in).

I really enjoyed an adventure to MGM Grand, on Las Vegas Boulevard. Here I am visiting the Lion Habitat at MGM!

I also wanted to show you the Theater for Ka, a Cirque Du Soleil show, which I hear is very good! If I'm not mistaken, the Pearsons have already seen this performance. Maybe Peyton can tell you more!

Some people say the music to Ka is very good, too! To learn more, click here: http://www.mgmgrand.com/ka/.

Below is an amazing man-made structure, Hoover Dam. The dam is located about 30 minutes from Las Vegas. Hoover Dam controls the flow of the Colorado River, which runs along the stateline of Nevada and Arizona. In the picture below, we are standing in Nevada. Across the dam, you can also see Arizona. Can you see Flat Petyon?! To learn more, click here:

Here I am, acting important in Uncle Mike's office at UNLV :)

Cousin Molly and I had fun admiring some Runnin' Rebel awards in the office!

I continued my adventure outside of Las Vegas with two trips to Utah - both with the basketball team. We travelled to Salt Lake City - home of the University of Utah and Provo (a suburb of Salt Lake City) - home of Brigham Young University (BYU).
Here I am hanging out in the frigid weather. Uncle Mike is taking my picture from inside the hotel room, while I'm outside by myself, freezing!!!! You can see the mountains in the background are covered with snow.

The coaches and the players were great about letting me ride up front on the team bus!

Can you spot me in the picture below? "Where's Flat Peyton?"

Below is a hint, look very carefully above: near the "S" on the floor (in the word, Huntsman).

Coach Kruger was really excited to learn about Flat Peyton's adventures and wanted to send a "hello" back to the class!!! Did you know that Coach Kruger grew up in Kansas, and went to college at Kansas State University? To learn more about K-State, click here: http://www.ksu.edu/.

If you're interested in learning more about the state of Utah, click here: http://www.utah.gov/. Goodbye Utah!
